All orders are shipped directly from storage.When we shipped out items, we will supply tracking number for you.
There is 48 hours processing period once payment is received. Once items are shipped , we will email you with tracking number so you may track your order.   You will have your products within 5-7business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers within 8 ays . Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance.

Due to difference circumstances in different countries at different time, we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. We use USPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS as the shipping method.When you place an order,we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.


Return Policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction.Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our mail order, call center, or website and it is within 15 days of the original invoice date.

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem, without you having to send anything back.

All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Dirty items will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you.Once we receive the item back, we will ship your requested exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping fees.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days to complete your return or exchange.


Exchanges

We will accept exchanges for a wrong size or color within 15 days of the original invoice date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refu nd(as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.

You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched, for we process all orders within 24-48hours after orders are placed, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. If we have shipped your item, then we cannot cancel your order. If your order is under packaging, we need to charge you $20 for re-stocking fee from your payment if you insist on cancellation. Sincerely hope you can understand this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

NOTE:
For the following status, we cannot give you a return or exchange. Sincerely hope you can pay attention to this point.
First, if you receive your items, you find you don’t like the style and would like to make a change. In this condition, we cannot give you an exchange.
Secondly, if we really deliver the items according to the size, color and shipping address you provide for us, we cannot give you a return either. So do choose the correct size and color you need and give us the correct shipping address.
Thirdly, if the items are damaged by human actions or external factors, we are not responsible for the exchange.
